Fraud Management Training Camps

We've developed two unique courses that are specifically tailored to these needs. Our Fraud Management Basic Training® course is a three-day intensive introduction to the world of fraud that provides trainees with a comprehensive overview of the following:

  • Fraud channels: in-person, phone, web, etc.
  • Countermeasures: verification, detection, mitigation, investigation, etc.

We've also developed a Fraud Management Refresher Camp® to update experienced staff on the latest developments. This is a two-day course that provides both a comprehensive overview of fraud types and countermeasures, as well as the latest developments in fraud techniques, tools for fighting fraud, and available commercial solutions.
